Before Ordering

TSSFAB parts are hand-built performance aftermarket components. They are designed for strength, performance, and improved vehicle setup flexibility, not to replicate OEM parts with exact factory fitment in every situation.

Many of our products are built from materials such as tubing, bent plate, fabricated brackets, and welded assemblies. Unlike stamped or cast OEM parts made in large production runs with factory tooling, fabricated performance parts can have small variations from part to part. This is a normal part of hand-built fabrication.

Fitment Expectations

While we make every effort to build parts accurately and consistently, customers should expect that some installation adjustments may be required. This can include minor fitment inconsistencies, hardware alignment adjustments, clearance checks, trimming, spacing, or other small installation-related hiccups.

These parts are intended for customers who understand the nature of aftermarket performance fabrication and are comfortable working through minor installation challenges. We strongly recommend installation by someone with mechanical experience, fabrication knowledge, or access to a qualified shop.

These Are Not OEM Replacement Parts

If you are looking for an exact OEM replacement with factory-level consistency, no installation variance, and absolutely zero potential fitment complications, we recommend purchasing OEM parts instead.

OEM parts are built for factory replacement, mass production consistency, and direct fitment on unmodified vehicles. TSSFAB parts are built for performance applications, modified vehicles, and customers who understand that aftermarket fabrication may require some additional work during installation.

Vehicle Variation

Many vehicles we build parts for are older, modified, crashed, repaired, rusted, or previously altered in some way. Because of this, fitment can vary from chassis to chassis. Even when a part is built correctly, differences in the vehicle itself can affect installation.

Aftermarket components, previous repairs, worn bushings, damaged mounting points, drivetrain swaps, suspension changes, and chassis tolerances can all impact how a part fits.

Please Order With This In Mind

By ordering from TSSFAB, you acknowledge that our parts are hand-built aftermarket performance components and may not install exactly like OEM parts. Minor adjustments or troubleshooting may be part of the installation process.

We stand behind the quality of our work, but we want customers to have realistic expectations before purchasing. If you are not comfortable with the possibility of minor fitment work, installation adjustments, or aftermarket fabrication tolerances, OEM parts may be the better option for your build.
